Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Sunshine Roots, we value transparency and want your experience to be smooth from start to finish. The following outlines our policy regarding cancellations for any subscription, pre-order, or special purchase option.
Subscriptions (If Offered)
You may cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date by logging into your Sunshine Roots account or contacting us at 📧 hello@sunshineroots.store. Once a recurring payment is processed and your order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items
Pre-orders or custom-made items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us directly. After 24 hours, all pre-orders are final sale, as materials and production begin promptly to ensure timely delivery.
After an Order Has Shipped
Once your item has shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order. However, if there is an issue with your product, we will always do our best to make it right through a replacement or store credit, per our Return & Exchange Policy.
